Will I bulk up from doing WBX using weights?
No, WBX is designed specifically to lose fat. If you are not eating for size or growth, you will NOT put on mass.
What are the top 10 food to eat to lose belly fat?
1. Oatmeal – stay away from the sugary flavored version. Add fresh berried for sweetener.

2. Almonds – rich in nutrients and help you stay full.

3. Olive Oil - Taste great and satisfy cravings.

4. Berries – high in fiber and vitamins.

5. Eggs – Good source of vitamin B12, which metabolize fat. Avoid the egg yolk if your cholesterol is high.

6. Bean and legumes – good source of protein and fiber - the two elements in getting you lean and fit.

7. Lean meat and fish – help you develop lean muscle; and consumes more calories digesting protein than carbs or fat.

How much greens do I eat?
Till your eyes turn green. ;) Green veggies are naturally very low in calories. They are so low in calories that you can eat until you’re full! Not to mention how great these nutrient packed, earth grown treats make you feel. So eat your greens. At least 6 small servings, or 3 big servings a day!
How much water should I drink?
You should start drinking more water as water help you flush out all of the toxins out of your body and improve digestive function. Drink at least 64 ounces of good ol' H20 each day: and make sure you dink plenty of water before, during, and after the workout. Instead of feeling hungry, you should feel thirsty after a WBX high intensity workout.
Why crash diet fails?
“Crash diet,” aka “fad diets” is a diet with extreme nutritional deprivations, severely restricting calorie intake. While some initial weight is lost, the weight usually comes right back when the dieter stops the diet. This is the ABSOLUTELY THE WORST way to lose weight because: a) Reduction in muscle burn to slow down metabolism, makes it impossible to maintain. b) Weight that is regained is often more than the starting weight. c) You are only losing the water weight through the reduced glycogen stored, not the fat weight loss comparing to proper exercise weight loss. d) Dieters are trapped in a vicious cycle of weight loss and weight gain.
Why does dieting alone fail?
Diet, or restricting calorie intake, alone is a recipe for failure. Diet without proper exercise will likely fail in the long run to keep off your lost pounds. You can initially lose 5 to 10% of your weight in any diet, but then the pounds come right back when the diet stops. Muscle burns fat. When you diet alone without proper exercise training, you lose your muscle, which makes it even harder to lose weight later. Why do I need to eat so much fiber?
Fiber is critical in your weight loss diet because it can keep you full for longer periods! We recommend eating your high fiber veggie FIRST in all your meals to make you feel full sooner too!
Why should I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks per day?
You can increase your metabolism by eating smaller meals more often. We recommend eating 3 main meals loaded with vegetable and lean protein, then add 2 healthy snacks such as almonds or fresh fruits to help you reduce cravings.
Why eat slowly?
Because it takes about 20 minutes for the brain to receive the signal that you are already full. If you eat too fast then you will likely eat more food than you really need. So “TAKE IT SLOW” when you eat, chew the food longer and enjoy the taste, you will feel full sooner before you know it!
How many carbohydrates do I eat?
Eating a proper amount of carbs helps you fuel your training and spares muscle breakdown. For a dramatic body transformation result, in the first 4 weeks, we suggest you avoid fruit, dairy, and starches so you can deplete the excess carbs you have accumulated over time and stored in your fat cells. Starting at week 5, you can reintroduce 20-40 grams of carbs per day.
Why do I need to remove the skin from chicken?
By removing the skin from chicken you can save up to 100 calories per piece. That's over 300 calories in a 3-piece meal. Now, that's your winner winner, chicken dinner!
Can I eat carbs at night?
We don't recommend you eat carbs at night, even if some recent studies show it's OK. The jury's still out on that and is greatly dependent on your success. For now, unless you train at night, we suggest you lay off of them and focus on getting a good night's rest.
